Mercy Athletic Calendar
Our Mercy Athletic Department Calendar is your go to source for everything to do with Mercy Athletics! Check the notes section of each tab for leave and return times for away games. Everything you will need to stay up to date will be posted to the calendar including added games and cancellations, as well as practice times.
Mercy Athletic Purpose:
The short answer is simple…wellness, community, and supporting Islamic values. When committed to, athletics increase confidence, build togetherness, exhibit school/community pride, and provide a space to positively share our lives and fellowship with our non-Muslim friends and neighbors.
Mercy Athletic League Affiliation:
Mercy is a proud member of TAIAO (Texas Association of Independent Athletic Organizations) and also competes with OSSAA (Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activity Association) and HCAA (Heartland Christian Athletic Association) schools in Oklahoma.

All student-athletes at Mercy School are required to complete a sports physical prior to game participation.

Please see athletic calendar for all game and practices dates, times, departure and return times, what to remember to bring on trips, etc. Please understand that games/practices may be canceled and rescheduled for a variety of reasons to include weather, opponent cancellations, and more. Keeping up to date with the athletic calendar is of great importance, as changes will be posted daily.

Student-athletes will not have access to their cell phones during practices or during home & away games/trips. All phones will be secured by the Yondr system. There will be no exception to this policy. For further information, please go to: https://www.overyondr.com/

Student-athletes must maintain a minimum of a 2.75 GPA to participate in the athletic program. Any student with less than a 2.75 GPA or any F grade in a class during grade checks is ineligible for a week of athletic participation or until they get their GPA and or F grade raised as first time consequence. Students with minor repeated behavioral issues or with any singular major behavioral incident will be ineligible for a week of athletic participation as a first time consequence. Consequences will elevate with any repeated academic or behavioral issues. There will be no exception to this policy.

Families of student-athletes are not to be in contact with their child(ren)’s coaches for a period of 24 hours following any athletic contest if they need to express a grievance. Issues of a serious nature are to be directed to mercy.athletics@mercyschool.com An email request will be responded to with a phone call to discuss the matter and/or an in person meeting.
