Concurrent Enrollment: Admissions

OCCC Concurrent Enrollment

  1. Create an OCCC application account; keep your password.

  2. Verify your phone number and submit required documents/fees.

  3. Send ACT scores via my.act.org (fees may apply).

  4. Meet with your high school advisor; complete and sign the concurrent approval form with a parent/guardian.

  5. Upload the form or email it to concurrent@occc.edu.

  6. Email transcript to transcripts@occc.edu (school also mails a hard copy).

  7. Inform your high school advisor once you receive an email of acceptance.

  8. After acceptance, register for classes

  9. Read all OCCC emails carefully.

UCO Concurrent Enrollment

  1. Create a UCO application account; keep your password.

  2. Complete the application and upload required documents/fees.

  3. Send ACT scores via my.act.org.

  4. Complete concurrent approval form with advisor + parent/guardian signatures.

  5. Upload form to your UCO application.

  6. Upload transcript or email to admissions@uco.edu.

  7. Inform your high school advisor once you receive an email of acceptance.

  8. After acceptance, schedule a concurrent advisement meeting (Concurrent High SchoolAdvisor).

  9. Register for classes

  10. Read all UCO emails carefully.
