The grading system consists of the letters:
- O-Outstanding
- S-Satisfactory
- N-Not Satisfactory
- A-Excellent
- B-Very Good
- C-Average
- D-Unsatisfactory
- +-Strong
- - -Satisfactory
- N-Needs Improvement
- F-Failing
For Kindergarten through 2nd Grade, the
grades below are used. In addition, an interpretation is given for
your convenience:
- E+ = A+ = 95-100
- E = A = 90-94
- E- = B+ = 85-89
- S+ = B = 80-84
- S = C+ = 75-79
- S- = C = 70-74
- N = D+ = 65-69
- These grades may also have an “I”,
improving.
- U = D = 60-64
*Grading-is done according to grade level,
development level, quality of work, finishing assignments, testing
results, and teacher judgment. The teacher is the final judge for
all grades. The teacher may have his/her own grading scale.
