Standard class placement is according
to the child's age on the first day of the current school year.
(In order to enter Pre-school, Kindergarten or First Grade, the
child must be age appropriate by September 1st of current school
year.)

All children must be toilet trained and
out of diapers. NO EXCEPTIONS! If the birthday falls between the
September 1st deadline and November 30th then the student may be
placed in the appropriate grade level after a passing score (as
determined by MS) on the Mercy School Placement Test. It is the
parent’s responsibility to arrange the testing dates. Please note
that there are no placement tests for Preschool.
