Complaints By Parents
Teachers are required to resolve any complaints from parents. However, if a parent is not satisfied, the following formal procedure will be followed:
  • A conference request should be made for a parent/teacher conference. Conference will be within two days of request.
  • If this does not resolve the matter, then a parent/teacher/principal conference should be requested by filing the Complaint Form. Conference will be within two days.
  • If this does not solve the matter, you may request a parent/teacher/principal/Board chairperson conference. Conference will be set within 2 weeks of request.
  • If parents are still not satisfied after this, they may be asked to withdraw their child from Mercy School.
